1. Eligibility: No purchase necessary to enter. The Ultimate, $1,000,000 Vacation Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of The United States, who are at least 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of TUBL, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

2. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by TUBL, LLC, C-3 Green Grove Drive, Provo Canyon UT 84604. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platforms unless explicitly stated.

3. Agreement to Terms: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Terms, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of TUBL, LLC as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.

4. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on October 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2024. All online entries must be received by 11:59 PM.

5. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting a nomination for a local establishment that meets the criteria set by TUBL, LLC. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications will be disqualified at the sole discretion of TUBL, LLC.

6. Prize: One winner will receive a vacation package valued at $1,000,000. Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by TUBL, LLC. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at TUBL, LLC's discretion.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of TUBL, LLC. Winner will be notified by email within (5) days following selection. TUBL, LLC shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings.

8. Rights Granted by You: By entering this Sweepstakes, You understand and agree that TUBL, LLC, its affiliates and licensees, will have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, and biographical information for news, publicity, and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

9. Terms & Conditions: TUBL, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, natural disaster, acts of god, travel restrictions, acts of war/terrorism, loss of business/expected revenue, or any other cause beyond TUBL, LLC’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless TUBL, LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, and representatives from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from the Sweepstakes.

11. Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of The United States, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.

12. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the TUBL website.
